A fitness babe with an all-natural body is going viral on the internet.
She’s also known as FlexFit Australia, and her videos have been viewed more than three million times.
Flexfit Australia is a website set up by Australia’s Fitness Industry Association (FIA), which claims to be “the voice of the fitness industry”.
Fitness babe Victoria Vickers has been making fitness videos since 2013, with the latest being in April 2017.
In one of the videos she performs some exercises on a chair with a towel over her head.
“It’s about taking care of yourself, taking care for yourself and taking care and protecting your health,” she told News Corp Australia.
“I don’t know if people realise that we’re all in this together, that we are all the same, and I think that’s really important, especially when it comes to health.”
The fitness babe also takes time to discuss nutrition, diet and exercise.
She is also known for her short videos, which have a playful style and often include a video of her taking a selfie.
“You can be a fitness babe and you can be just a normal, average person and you could be the person that everyone is looking at,” she said.
“It can be scary sometimes, and you have to keep your cool.
But you just have to know that you’re the person in the world, and that’s what matters.”
Victoria Vickers says her fitness video is about taking a break from the daily grind of life.
The Australian Fitness Association (FAI) said Victoria is one of just five fitness babes in the country.
“We want to inspire people to get in shape and get healthy, and make them happier, more fulfilled and more successful,” FAI chairwoman Shannon Haggerty said.
Victoria Vicks is an inspirational fitness babe who takes a break every day.
Haggerty says her videos can be motivational for those who struggle to stay fit.
“She’s a really good example for anyone who is struggling to be healthy or is having a tough time,” she explained.
“And she’s doing her best to inspire others, and we want to see that too.”
Victoria’s videos have also received a lot of support from the community, including the Australian Health Forum.
“[Victoria] is a really strong example for a lot the young people that are struggling, and it’s a good example to see how much they’re looking to others to help them get their health back,” the forum’s president Dr Steve Jones said.
“She’s got a lot more to offer than just that.”
There’s a lot people out there who are doing it because they want to do it, and hopefully we can help them.
“Victoria also has a strong relationship with the fitness community.
Dr HaggerTY said Victoria was one of a number of fitness babies who would go on to have their own businesses, which she said made her feel more connected to the community.”
Victoria’s been a really big supporter of the health and fitness industry, and she’s a real inspiration to many people who want to follow in her footsteps,” Dr Hagger, a GP, said.
