The Washington State Legislature is scheduled to vote on whether to legalize the sale of facial fitness balls on Friday.
This bill, SB 549, has been in the works for over two years.
In the past, lawmakers have sought to decriminalize and tax the sale and possession of the balls.
The bill passed both chambers in April, but was not immediately brought up for a vote by the governor.
The new bill would allow sales of the ball, which is not a regulated product, to go forward.
There are several reasons why the ball is being sold, including the increased popularity of face masks, the popularity of yoga and massage, and the growing number of couples looking for a fun party option for the big event.

It could help local restaurants and restaurants owners, including many in the small, rural areas that are home to a large number of weddings, to make more money.
The bill’s sponsors say that it will also encourage more people to participate in the community.
“The more people who participate in their community, the more people get the health benefits from their community,” said state Rep. Kevin Foulkes, D-Seattle, who introduced the bill.
It’s the latest in a string of events that have been held by the legislature, which includes a recent “Day of Giving” in the Capitol Rotunda, which was billed as a way to give back to the community by selling discounted products at events.
The proceeds from the day’s event will be donated to the local community’s non-profit organizations.
If you are interested in participating in the festivities, you can get more information at the Capitol website.
