Facial fitness videos are a huge buzz in the fitness world these days, with more than 70 million people now using the internet to share their fitness experiences, and some of the best have been filmed using high-tech cameras to capture every bit of facial anatomy and shape.
The videos are now being watched by millions of women and men around the world and have now become a hit in the fashion world too.
There are plenty of options out there for the most adventurous, and they all work, with a few different kinds of models, posing, and outfits taking centre stage.

Have a waist circumference in the middle of the range between a normal-sized person and a medium-sized one.
You’ll need to keep this constant and not change your weight or size every time you have the surgery.
If your BMI is in the lower 20s, you probably don’t need a face lift, she adds.
You don’t want to overdo it on your body, but you also don’t wish to get overly overweight.
What do you need to get the best result?
If a facial is a good fit, you will also need to find out if your face fits in with the rest of your body well.
If the top of your nose is too big or the nose line is too narrow, you need a facial lift.
You might need a chin lift or lip lift, but the best way to get this is with a special facial mask.
You will need a good mask, too, so make sure it’s made of the right materials.
If all else fails, you can also try a face mask.
The masks can be quite expensive, so you might want to find a place with a good price on it.
What if I have to wait?

If there’s a problem in your weight, you might need to lose some weight, or you could need to change your lifestyle, such as quitting smoking.
Third, if you have scarring or a bad skin tone, your skin can start to look a little darker, says Ms Henson.
If any of these things happen, you could get a full face lift.
