You have a great body, but your facial muscles are showing signs of fatigue.
A little facial muscle stretching and/or facial grooming may help.
If you’re tired and need to cool off, this will help.
But if you have a big, bad day and you’re in a bad mood, you may not need this help.
Facial Fitness Australia recommends that you get a massage and/ or a facial, but not both.
This may cause you to feel more relaxed and calm.
You also won’t be able to focus on your work.
You may also feel less confident and more anxious and irritable, so this might cause you stress and anxiety.
It may be worth taking a break, or even taking a week off, to help you relax.
This is when you may be able get your body and mind back on track.
If so, you’re less likely to need facial muscle training again.
But don’t stop at facial muscle stretches.
If you’re a fitness fanatic, this may help your facial strength and conditioning.
You can even do some stretches of your face, with your hands and face.
These can be done with a partner.
Facials may help improve your mood and mental health.
For facial exercise, there’s no need to go beyond the basics.
This will only help your muscles, and you’ll likely feel better after.
