Carolyn’s face muscles are almost as strong, she revealed during a candid interview.
“I can lift a load and it feels good,” the 30-year-old told the ABC.
“You can see the muscles and bones are really tight and they are super flexible and I can lift the weight.”
Carolyn’s transformation from a “scary, scary” girl to a “glamour girl” has been one of the most dramatic transformations of her life, with her career as a modelling model, including a stint on ABC’s The Voice, ending in 2014.
Her transformation has also had an impact on her relationship with her boyfriend, Jason, who she says has never stopped asking her about her weight.
“He is the one who asks me questions,” Carolyn said.
Jason told the Nine Network that Carolyn’s transformation was not an easy one.
“She’s not just a skinny girl anymore.
She’s a beautiful girl,” he said.
“The thing that’s really changed my relationship with Carolyn is how I treat her, I treat the people around her, and she’s become my confidante.”
Carolyn said she does not have a favourite diet but has been lucky to find a good one.
She said the best diet is one that involves lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
As for her body, Carolyn said her skin is looking better than ever, and her abs are so tight that they look like they could give birth to babies.
“[It] is a blessing that my skin is that thin and that my abs are that tight,” she said.
Carolyn said while she is not looking to lose weight she would like to lose her “big nose”.
“I’d like to go into a bar and have my face as a bun, I’d like my nose to disappear and I’d love to have my nose gone,” she told ABC Radio.
“That’s just something that I would love to see happen.”
The ABC has spoken to Carolyn’s mum and she has told her how lucky she was to be able to see her daughter in a bikini in the ABC’s Australian Summertime television special.
Carolinas family said they are excited to see the future for her.
