Face mask exercise 3: Next, relax facial muscles and focus on breathing.
For the mask exercise you want to be able to breathe out and then back in.
You might want to focus on how much air you are breathing in and out of your nose, mouth, and mouth area.
Try to breathe in and breathe out with as much air as possible while keeping your mouth closed.
This is a good exercise for people with facial features that are a little thicker and more defined.
You might also want to do a face mask with a foam mask on top, or try wearing a mask mask to relax your face and your muscles.
For the mask and facial expression exercise, use a foam or a facecloth to cover the mask.
Use the foam to hold the mask in place.
When you breathe out, breathe in a little longer, and breathe in as deeply as you can.
For some people, this can be difficult to breathe.

If you are doing the mask exercises while wearing a face guard, you might want a mask on the back of your head so that you can see the mask while you are wearing it.
