Google has announced that it has secured a $500,000 funding round from a group of investors, including Google Ventures, to expand its facial fitness technology.
The funding round is in line with the growing interest from investors in the burgeoning field of facial and cognitive recognition technologies, and the company has also announced that its next product, MGT, will be unveiled at this year’s World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
In addition to MGT and the forthcoming app, the funding round comes as Google continues to invest in a range of emerging and emerging technology companies that are looking to improve their product and user experience.
The new funding will be used to expand the MGT team and bring on additional staff to help them grow the team and accelerate the development of MGT.
MGT has a strong track record of making innovative products that enhance people’s lives through improved user experiences and personalised content.
We are excited to partner with Google to build MGT into a world class product and make it accessible to more people around the world.
