The Face’s facial fitness specialist, Dr James H. Staggs, is a member of the British Academy of Facial Medicine and an Associate Professor at University College London.
“A lot of people have really low self-esteem and a lack of confidence, so they don’t ask themselves what is the cause of their facial issues,” he says.
“So it’s about understanding how they are dealing with those issues and making them worse.”
